We want you to feel confident when ordering from KAGEFORGE5. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

For standard non-custom products, return requests may be accepted if the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and included components. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom Katana orders, personalized or engraved items, made-to-order products, and items that have been used, altered, assembled, or damaged after delivery are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue.

Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a verified product issue. Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered processing, especially for custom or engraved items, cancellation may no longer be possible.
