Before your order ships

If you need to correct an address, update a contact detail, or request a small change, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes while the order is still being processed.

After your order ships

Once a package is handed to the carrier, changes are usually no longer possible. If the address is incorrect, the shipment may be delayed, returned, or marked undeliverable depending on the carrier.

What to include

  • Order number
  • Full name used at checkout
  • Requested change
