When cancellation is possible

We can only cancel an order before it has entered processing or shipping. Once preparation begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to request a cancellation

1. Contact us immediately
2. Include your order number
3. Tell us why you would like to cancel

After shipment

If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process after delivery, if eligible.
