Commission timing
Custom products require around 30 calendar days before dispatch. Delivery after dispatch is typically 6–8 calendar days to the United States and around 8 calendar days to Australia, subject to destination eligibility. A custom order may be cancelled before production begins; once production has started, it cannot be cancelled.
What to include
Tell us the intended form, dimensions, materials, fittings, finish, display or use requirements, destination country, and any reference imagery. We will confirm what can be made and provide the applicable timing before the order proceeds.
