Current operating model
Standard orders are usually dispatched within around 3 calendar days from China using EUB or YunExpress. Custom products require around 30 calendar days before dispatch. After dispatch, KageForge5 proactively sends the carrier and tracking number to the customer. Typical delivery is 6–8 calendar days to the United States and around 8 calendar days to Australia. Shipping is free to eligible U.S. and Australian destinations, transport insurance is included, and import duties, GST, sales tax, and other destination taxes are included in the displayed product price. Destination eligibility is confirmed before fulfillment.
