During the New Year holiday, one of our customers visited our partner workshop in person. He didn’t come for a tour or photos—he wanted to see the swords tested on site.
That visit led to the video you’re seeing here.
For the test, we prepared a solid wood block approximately 5 cm thick. The sword used was Stone Root, one of our Earth-element designs, chosen specifically for its calm, grounded character.
The customer was not experienced with cutting technique and openly mentioned that this was his first real test. Because of that, the strikes were not perfectly controlled, and the cuts were not always smooth. Still, the sword was able to complete the cuts through the wood.
What mattered most came afterward.
After multiple attempts, the blade was carefully inspected. There were no chips, no visible damage, and no deformation along the edge. The structure of the blade remained intact.
This test was not staged or optimized. It reflects a real situation: a real user, real uncertainty, and real force applied without perfect technique. And in that context, Stone Root performed exactly as intended—stable, resilient, and reliable.
For us, moments like this are more meaningful than polished demonstrations. They show how the sword behaves in imperfect, real-world hands, which is exactly how most people will experience it.
