Refund & Returns Policy

Before ordering
Please confirm the product SKU, current availability, destination eligibility, product specifications, and delivery conditions before ordering. A product record may require final confirmation before fulfilment.
Order cancellation
Standard products may be cancelled before dispatch. Contact KageForge5 as soon as possible with your order number.
Custom products may be cancelled only before production begins. Once custom production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under law.
Faulty, damaged, or materially incorrect products
Contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where safe and appropriate. We may need to inspect the product and delivery record. Depending on the issue and applicable law, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, refund, or another legally required remedy.
Do not return a product without receiving return instructions. The applicable return address will be provided in the return authorization or order correspondence; it is intentionally not published until confirmed. Follow all safe handling and carrier instructions.
Returns and quality issues
Standard products may be returned within 30 calendar days after receipt. For non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If a standard product has a quality issue, arrives damaged, or is materially inconsistent with the confirmed product information, contact KageForge5 within 30 calendar days after delivery. KageForge5 will be responsible for reviewing the issue and, where appropriate, arranging a repair, replacement, return, or refund.
Custom products are not eligible for return. If a custom product has a quality issue or does not match the approved brief or confirmed specifications, contact us promptly so that we can provide the appropriate remedy.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Refund timing
When a refund is approved, KageForge5 will normally return it to the original payment method within 3–5 days. The final posting time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
